DESCRIPTION:The Wilmington Learning Collaborative (WLC) is a voluntary network of schools in Wilmington across multiple school districts (Brandywine\, Christina\, Red Clay). The WLC’s goal is to improve outcomes for students by empowering educators\, school leaders\, and communities.
